Email me the password reset link
Enter your username to reset your password. An email will be sent to the address associated with the supplied username. When you receive the email, click the given link to complete the password reset. Please check the junk/spam folder if necessary, and your personal e-mail space quota is sufficient.
Your existing Two Factor Authenticator via UTHM-SSO (6-digit One-Time Passcode, OTP) will also get reset. Kindly login as usual to set up your new OTP.
First-time login for new staff and students must be validated via your registered personal email. Click here to contact PTM Helpdesk via WhatsApp if no email is received regarding password reset.
